How to eat Korean Roast Gui (Rossu gui)

Korean BBQ!

There are so many different kinds of Korean BBQ. There is Kalbi (short ribs) Bulgogi (thinly sliced marinated beef) and then there is Rossu Gui- I think they meant Roast Gui- Gui meaning BBQ. So literally it means Roast Roast. You start with thin slices of beef but thicker than Bulgogi meat. It's unseasoned and fried up quickly with the onions. If you go to a Korean restaurant, they will have it so that you can cook it right up at the table. This is finger food so don't be shy. AND no rice is involved so if you're on a non carbohydrate diet, this is perfect!

  1. This is one of my favorite dishes. My preferred accompaniment is the seasoned green onions. Easy way to season it could be using a 50/50 blend of Soy-Cha and Chili-cha (you can vary the mix depending on how spicy you want to make it). Yum!
